Accounts – Office – Purchasing Manager
Mini-Flex Corporation is seeking an account and purchasing manager with at least 2 years experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and basic computing. Candidate must be detail oriented with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task. There is one position available for full time employment (40 hours per week).
- Expert in QuickBooks Premier
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Must speak, read and write English fluently
- Must be a US Citizen
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll Reporting
- Invoices, shippers and work order logs
- HR duties: employee forms/benefit enrollments
- Insurance renewals
- Customer accounts, forms and credit checks
- Purchase orders and RFQ’s
- Shipping and receiving
- Bank Reconciliations
- Processing 1099
- Reports and data entry
- Year-end audits
- Clerical or Administrative duties

- Work hours: 7:20 AM to 4:50 PM Monday – Thursday; 7:20 AM – 11:20 AM Friday
