About This Role

Mini-Flex is seeking a full-time Production and CNC Machine Operator to join the growing team. This position will operate manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, standard operating procedures, and work instructions, as well as assist with the production of CNC manufacturing. Candidate must demonstrate steady hand-eye coordination. This position offers room for advancement within the company. Please review the responsibilities, requirements, and benefits outlined below.

Job Responsibilities

• Lathe deburring and light press work
• CNC Lathe (Doosan) and CNC Mill (HAAS Mini-Mill)
• Radial saw precision cutting
• Reading and understanding work instructions
• Inspection: in-process inspection using measuring tools such as micrometer, dial caliper, and scale
• Package and clean products
• Other general work around the shop

Skills Required

• Experience with machinery (Lathe, mill, band saw, grinding machines)
• G-Code experience (introductory at minimum)
• Experience using decimals in the US standard system of measuring
• Basic math skills (using a calculator)
• Strong hand-eye coordination and vision
• High attention to detail
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
• Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a background check

• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday – Thursday
• Multiple full-time positions available
• Job is located onsite in Ventura, California
• Starting wage $24.00 – $26.00 per hour; negotiable based on experience
